Flash Flooding in Dili

Wet Season storms have caused damage to housing in some areas of Dili. Fresh from Copenhagen, the Minister responsible for the Environment - Joao Mendes Goncalves - says flooding caused by erosion is becoming a major problem in Timor Leste.
