Timor Leste Raining in the dry season

People in East Timor starting felt the climate changing due to this summer season the lands slide in some part of the country. Usually this time August is not raining season any more but this year there are many places affecting by natural disaster and landslides in Kelikai-Baukau, Mud in Watulari Vikeke, people are losing their harvest in Suai, Same and Vikeke cause raining.

As bellow you can see the road between Same to Maubese and Maubese to Ainaro are washed away by flooding during two days and one night raining. Many cars stop before Ainaro and people are stay on the road for two days before heading home. Those trafics waiting for the government to fix the road before their cars get to Ainaro and Suai. Many motorbikes trying to get through but it costly. Because in every point the community readdy to assist but the bikes owner have to pay some amount of US$5 for ecah time. In Faturberliku some people have to seek refuge in the school ground and their animals have washed away. The road between Natarbora and some are in bad conditions.
The Secretary state for the social and solidarity Mr. Rigoberto informed local media few days ago that the government start looking at ways to deliver some basic need to the local community by the support of UN helicopters.
